The qualification consists of a range of core units to provide opportunities for learners to develop skills in the areas such as Literacy, Numeracy and ICT.
The course provides a range of ‘taster’ units in ICT that allows opportunities for learners to test out their abilities and personal preferences before selecting a chosen career or employment route.

- Spreadsheet Software
- Environmental Awareness
- E-Safety
- Digital Skills for Everyday Life.

Learners will be required to complete a baseline assessment, interview and provide evidence of working at an appropriate level.

Learners must achieve 15 credits overall.
The qualification will be timetabled 4 Days a week, from 9.00 – 17.00.
Students will be expected to have A4 lined paper, pens and pencils and a ring binder.
