Stopcor Ltd visited Level 2 and 3 Harrow College Plumbing students as part of the Plumbing Department's manufacturer engagement activities. Stopcor Technology are a global business, and are based locally in the West London neighbourhood of Park Royal. Decades of practical plumbing experience have resulted in the invention of a proprietary method of generating Cathodic Protection Current.
STOPCOR® is a cathodic protection system and a water conditioner which imposes a protective current of up to -1.5V without the need of an external power source or batteries. Their worldwide patented STOPCOR® technology is the ideal solution against Corrosion and Limescale and also offers a nontoxic, recyclable product with a zero carbon footprint.
Our level 2 and 3 Plumbing students have learnt how STOPCOR® protects any plumbing or heating system of both Domestic and Commercial applications. Stopcor LTD were have been gracious enough to donate two devices to the Harrow College Plumbing Department, that the students can use to practice installing and to be part of a case study with the product at the college.
