Award winning students from Harrow College enjoyed an evening of celebration to recognise their personal achievements at the glitzy Jack Petchey Awards ceremony at the Watersmeet Theatre in Rickmansworth (12th Feb 2019).

In the presence of the Mayor of Harrow, Councillor Kareema Marikar, Harrow College students; Jake Willett, Pragna Navinkumar, Michael Littlejohns, Mario Saraiva, Somair Malhotra, Kaiyan Patel and Peter Smith were all honoured to receive their Jack Petchey award on stage.

The Jack Petchey Award Scheme is an initiative which enables schools and organisations to celebrate the achievements of their young people. Awards are given to those students who go above and beyond and do amazing things to support their school, college or local community. The Award Ceremony highlights the positive contribution made by young people across Harrow. Each award winning student receives £250 from the Jack Petchey foundation to spend on items of their choice in their school or college.

Many congratulations to all the award winners – you have made Harrow College very proud!
