At Harrow College, we celebrated International Women’s Day with a Women into Construction and Green Skills Courses and Careers Fair. We did this in partnership with the non-profit organisation, Women in Construction. The day consisted of training workshops as well as insight seminars given by specialists working in the industry. Our students found the day to be invaluable as it provided them with the opportunity to network with potential career mentors and to gain confidence.
It was a busy day for us on International Womens Day! We also enjoyed a visit from Rachel Jones (pictured), a successful Plumber and lecturer.
